HOUSE RULES:
• No smoking.
• No parties or events.
• Dogs allowed. 2 dog maximum. Additional fee of $200 for up to 2 dogs.
• All guests on reservation must be at least 25 years of age. Age requirements do not apply to families with young children. Any person under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times throughout the reservation. The primary booking guest must be present throughout the entire length of the reservation.
• No additional guests other than the number listed on the reservation.
• Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM - 8:00AM.
• Smart TVs with cable. Must sign into own streaming accounts.
• Must sign rental agreement and security deposit to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
